It has been a busy month for me, why? Because I have started going to the gym 3 times a week and I have been doing my training with Shout (Crisis Team) and getting ready to go back to college to re-start my Level 3 Couselling. I am now trained to be a Texter with the Shout and have done 2 shifts got another 2 this week, but I also start college this week too.
So going to be busy, busy, busy, but I perfer to be busy as that way I am not going to be sinking back into my depression and with been a volunteer, I feel like I am giving back, as the help I have had as been phenomenal and the people who also work there are amazing and have been so helpful with getting me to a level that is needed to help others.
I have also started a journal this year which I am finding therapeutic as this fills in the time inbetween doing everything else. I am finding it good because I can literally put anything in it and it is helping the me with the journal I am designing and hoping to have launched before the year is out.
I have put in a lot of work into this journal I am designing and I am at a stage where it is all coming together now and I can not wait for others to see it and hopefully buy. I have designed everything myself including the drawings that will be going into it and there is a lot of them (this is what is taking the longest). The only thing I have to figure out is what will be the easiest option for me when it comes to publishing. Do I buy the equipment I need to be able to do it myself, look at a publisher, or printers? If anyone who reads this has had experience with this could you let me know either on here or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org please. Any and all advice would be much appreciated.
